Refund policy
1. Non-Returnable for Hygiene Reasons
Eyelash products are hygiene items. For health and safety purposes, all eyelash products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE once opened or used. We cannot resell used or opened lashes.
2. Eligible for Replacement Only
We offer replacement only if:
- Item is damaged during shipping
- Item has manufacturing defects
- We sent wrong style/length/quantity
3. How to Request Replacement
You must contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Do NOT return any items without our confirmation.
4. Shipping & Costs
- If the error is from us: we cover shipping for replacement.
- If due to wrong choice, change of mind, or unwanted: no return, no refund, no exchange.
5. Processing Time
Replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days after verification.
6. Final Decision
We reserve the right of final decision on all claims.
