Refund policy

1. Non-Returnable for Hygiene Reasons


Eyelash products are hygiene items. For health and safety purposes, all eyelash products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE once opened or used. We cannot resell used or opened lashes.

2. Eligible for Replacement Only


We offer replacement only if:

  • Item is damaged during shipping
  • Item has manufacturing defects
  • We sent wrong style/length/quantity

3. How to Request Replacement


You must contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Do NOT return any items without our confirmation.

4. Shipping & Costs


  • If the error is from us: we cover shipping for replacement.
  • If due to wrong choice, change of mind, or unwanted: no return, no refund, no exchange.

5. Processing Time


Replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days after verification.

6. Final Decision


We reserve the right of final decision on all claims.
